Webdynamic range inherent in the Citius in the global analysis of complex mixtures such as fruit juice and wine. A UHPLC method for analysis of wine samples was developed on the CitiusTM LC-HRT. This system permits resolutions up to 100,000 with high mass accuracy (<1 ppm). An ESI interface was used for sample ionization in positive ion mode.
