WebOct 27, 2024 · Chrome constantly "waiting for cache". Ever since installing Windows 10, I constantly get a "waiting for cache" message. I never had this problem before, or on other PCs with Window 7 on the same home network. I've cleared the cache (several times), but after 45 mins. I get the same message.
